Full Event Organisation

Crest provide a fully organised and managed fundraising event service. We set up the full venue and dress it to include the theme of the event or charity (which includes delivering chairs, tables etc). We set up cash bars and provide the bar staff to serve and manage it. If you decide to have food our catering team will do 2 or 3 course meals, hot buffet or simply canapés. Lastly, we organise entertainment that is appropriate for the charity and venue.

We will research and find a venue suitable to your size, taste and style. We dress the venue in keeping with your chosen charity colours and themes.

We provide a full range of catering services. Full menu options, hot buffets to finger food and canapés. 

We make sure everything is organised well in advance of your event meaning you can get on with the important fundraising duties.

Tickets & Promotional Material

Our event management team can professionally design tickets for your event which are numbered, bar coded and perforated. Promotional material and free giveaways are an excellent way of pushing the charity’s image and brand, all of which we organise.
